Mr.Kshiroj Mahananda

is working as a junior site engineer for our company. He has been doing his work in building, culvert and earthwork from last 2 years in the true manner. He is participating in the development of the company along with himself. Mr.kshiroj Mahananda completed diploma in civil engineering and B-tech in civil engineering.

Mr. Debashish Pradhan

Mr.Nabin Kumar Nayak works in our office as a junior Site Engineer. He has 1.5+ years of experience in Building and Super Structure at other companies. He supervises all aspects of civil infrastructure engineering projects from start to finish and aims to take the project forward in a timely manner for our company. He has ability to work independently or as a member of a team to complete tasks on time, oversee all construction and maintenance work on sites, and evaluate project completion reports. is working in our office as a Senior Site Engineer with 10 years of work experience. Samir is working at our PMC site Christian Hospital Bissamcuttack odisha. He is overseeing all aspects of civil infrastructure engineering projects from start to finish, process optimization and project management for safe facility. He specializes in managing cost-effective operations. His strong organizational skills and passion for streamlining processes have contributed to his success. Mr.Souvik Roy Majumder

Mr. Shubham Dubal

is a “Senior Architect” with 6+ years of experience in designing & Site Execution. He has spent the last 6 years working closely with Ecoway Design Build Pvt Ltd. Completed his Diploma in Architecture and B-Tech in Civil Engineering from RGIMT. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the design, planning, and construction of a variety of projects, from Landscape Beautification to commercial buildings. He has a strong understanding of architectural principles and a proven ability to stay organized and meet deadlines. He is responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings, structures, and other large-scale projects. Collaboration with other professionals, such as engineers, urban planners, landscape architects, and surveyors, to ensure that the project meets the client’s needs and is completed within budget and on time. Manage the day-to-day operations of the project, review plans and make sure that the project is following local and national building codes. Responsible for creating 3D models, conducting site visits, and presenting the project to clients.

Anbusivan Ranganathan

Anbusivan Ranganathan is an enthusiastic Architect with having wider knowledge in built environment with 12 + Years of core Experience in Master Planning, Architectural design, Landscape and External Infrastructure.

He is one of the tech committee member formulated Green Building Homes for IGBC (Indian Green Building Council). Also he is a LEED Accredited professional certified by USGBC (United States Green Building Council).

He worked with Surbana International Consultants on multiple Landscaping and Master planning projects in India and Singapore.

He worked as AVP in Ecofirst and delivered multiple Infrastructure and landscape projects (A TATA Group of Company). Following are some of the project he has worked with active role in design and project management during his past stint with various professional organization.
