Payment Plan – A (Down Payment Plan)

  • Stage 1: At the time of EOI – ₹4,00,000
  • Stage 2: Within 60 days of EOI – 95% of MSP (after deducting the received amount) + GST
  • Stage 3: On Application of Completion Certificate (CC) – 5% of MSP + GST + PLC + Other Charges + Stamp Duty + Additional Charges (if any) + Other Applicable Taxes
  • Commitment Charges: 12% per annum on receipt of 95% payment for 36 months or until application of the Completion Certificate, whichever is later.

Payment Plan – B (Construction Linked Plan)
