My journey with yoga started while I was undergoing my certification in Yoga and Stress Management. I completed my yoga certification from Bodhi Institute, Hyderabad as “Certified Yoga Teacher”. I left the lucrative jobs like HR professional in corporate and started practicing & teaching Yogic exercises, poses & postures.

Yoga runs in our family! My father was the main source of inspiration. I realized the importance of yogic practice at a very early age while practicing Yoga with him. Since childhood, I vividly remember how he would make me sit besides him during his Yoga practice and explain the importance of ASANAS & BREATHING control. This inspired me to join certified course registered in Hyderabad to become a certified YOGA TEACHER for my livelihood and spread my knowledge and experience to motivate YOGA and its benefit to others.

She’s not just a yoga trainer — she’s a true mentor. What I love most is how flexible she is, both in her approach and with timings. Her sessions are never rushed. She gives one-on-one attention, and she tailors the plan based on what our body and mind need.

Smriti’s sessions are well detailed and gives clarity on why this exercise is required. She takes the time to explain the physical poses - asanas, from medical aspects of yoga so you actually feel like you're learning something!
