My journey with yoga started while I was undergoing my certification in Yoga and Stress Management. I completed my yoga certification from Bodhi Institute, Hyderabad as “Certified Yoga Teacher”. I left the lucrative jobs like HR professional in corporate and started practicing & teaching Yogic exercises, poses & postures.
Yoga runs in our family! My father was the main source of inspiration. I realized the importance of yogic practice at a very early age while practicing Yoga with him. Since childhood, I vividly remember how he would make me sit besides him during his Yoga practice and explain the importance of ASANAS & BREATHING control. This inspired me to join certified course registered in Hyderabad to become a certified YOGA TEACHER for my livelihood and spread my knowledge and experience to motivate YOGA and its benefit to others.
Later, when I learnt how yoga can change ones life, I was all the more convinced about the yogic ethos and its relevance in today’s fast-paced & continually changing life-style. Even though later I realized that my bliss, my passion is Yoga, I had to learn it in a more scientific way to realize its benefits. It’s so well-said that when you really want to do something, whole universe conspires to show you the way.
And from there, my journey started of learning the various forms of Yog Sadhana in a scientific way. Learning Yoga in a scientific way was altogether a different experience. Since then, there was only one motive for me was to spread the awareness of Yoga and I thought of starting my own classes. I started batches at home with just 2 students who were greatly benefited by the workout methodology that I had designed for them considering their requirements. After covid, my offline batch was shifted to online batches. Since then, I started conducting online classes only. The graph of “Amazing Results” still kept on rising and the numbers too! This inspired me to expand my batches even further so that I can reach out to larger audience who really needed yoga and exercise. What more I could do incrementally…???
The positive experience of my clients led to enthusiastic word of mouth referrals allowing my yoga practice and classes to expand naturally and meaningfully. So I am all the more happy now that I am able to bring incremental changes in the life of people associated with me. And that’s my motive. Now, I am full time yoga instructor guiding and helping many people across globe live a qualitative and meaningful life that is full of motivation, confidence and positive attitude. My clients now have understood that with discipline, awareness, and values rooted in mindfulness, we can reshape our habits, reconnect with our bodies, and bring clarity to our minds. Yoga is not just a practice, it’s how to live a life. It’s about learning to breathe through the chaos, to find stillness in the noise, and to move with intention. My clients often share how yoga has changed the way they feel in their bodies. Many of them came in with stiffness, poor posture, low energy, weak core, back pain and lots more. But with regular practice they started feeling stronger, more flexible. They noticed muscle becoming toned their joints moving more freely. Many of them their neck and shoulder pain got relaxed.
I think, we often believe that weekends or vacations are enough to reset. But are we truly relaxed? Is our mind at peace? Through this institute, I hope to offer a space where people can truly unwind—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. This will be more than just a place to stretch or strengthen; it will be a community built on awareness, healing, and growth. Whether you're a complete beginner or deep into your practice, you're welcome here. Together, we’ll take small steps toward a more balanced, meaningful life.
